Description

AXA REIM is a specialist in European real estate with over €42 billion assets under management. AXA REIM has an extensive local real estate infrastructure, with 400 staff operating in nine European countries. As such, it is one of Europe’s largest and most diversified real estate investment management businesses providing extensive multi-disciplinary expertise across a broad variety of property types.
 
Reporting to the Global Head of Compliance and Sustainable Development, your main responsibilities will be the following:
 
-Participating in the deployment of an Investment Socially Responsible (ISR) strategy, for the Real Estate (first in Europe and then worldwide)
-Liaising with the teams in charge of Asset Management, Research and Development and the “Responsible Investment team” of AXA Investment Managers
-Focused on the link between the financial performance and the extra-financial criteria
-Listing the different practices of others countries (UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, Central Europe…)
-Following the AXA REIM transnational initiatives (UNEP – FI )
-Producing reporting for the shareholder (Group).
-Producing business intelligence of the main European and world competitors
 
What sort of profile are we looking for:
 
-Currently undertaking final year of Masters Degree. A specialisation in finance is an asset
-Previous related experience in asset management or finance industry is a plus
-Literate in MS Office especially with PowerPoint
-Team player, rigorous, capability to take initiative, sense of responsibility
-Fluency in French and English
